Chapter 5
Jason leaned against Nathan’s chest in satisfaction when he finished recounting the story of how the two of them become engaged. All their family members and close friends were gathered at the house the following Monday for a surprise engagement party. It had been insanely difficult not to inform them the true purpose of the party, but the two of them decided together that they wanted it to be a wonderful surprise. When he’d finally revealed the news to everyone present, all of them screamed in joy. Nathan and he received plenty of hugs from everyone present at the party.
“So what happened after the proposal?”
“That’s a private matter, Bran,” he replied with a teasing wink.
