"Liar!" She said again and again as she cries yet her eyes were blank. There was also anger in her voice that I did not know the reason why. And I want to know why "I am destined to have no friends! Liar!" Again she said and cried. I let my tears fall from my eyes while looking at her place.
Why does she have this kind of effect whenever a friend is mentioned? Has… something happened to her in the past that caused her to change her view towards others?
I didn't know where I was drawing my strength and embraced her quickly. "Shhh, tell me what happened. I'm willing to listen, Carmela." I said crying to her, as I could feel her tears streaming down my shoulder but she was not resisting as she let me hugs her.
