I woke up with a start from a nightmare that I couldn't remember only to let out a relieved breath and fall back onto the soft pillows, wiping off the perspiration that had formed on my forehead. I was glad that I couldn't remember the nightmare that I had or else I would be spending the rest of the night in fear.
Dimitri's hands crept up to arms and then slowly, he pulled me closer to him, pressing me against his chest, "Are you awake?" He whispered into my ears, his breath tickling the back of my neck.
It made me smile for some reason. I rolled the other way so I can see his face, "Yes" I said, smiling.
Dimitri sighed and brushed my hair away from my face, "Do you remember what happened?" He asked me, his eyes penetrating into mine.
I furrowed my eyebrows together, "What-?" I asked
