They grew fretful. Drak said that he’d have to release them very shortly so they could join me in Urn Vennar. He was disappointed at my report on Nazabni Ulana Farlan. He’d written to Didi telling her that he was relieving Ulana. She’d be asked to join the court for a short while. Silda wanted to talk to her. Drak was sending a justicar to take over the province. This was Nath Verunder who’d been a Kerchurivax of the Third Phalanx, and managed to carry on after his wound but who was now better employed as a justicar. He’d be flying in in two days’ time.
