Emma's POV I woke up with a wide smile on my face for the first time. It's finally happening. The day I've always longed and hoped for is here, literally staring at me in the face. I don't know whether I should cry, laugh or jump for joy. I'm feeling a surge of emotions rushing through me right now. My heart is palpitating so fast that I can hear it. I stepped into the bathroom and saw myself in the mirror. I had an ear-splitting grin on my face. My cheeks hurt from smiling too much, but I don't care. I took off my T-shirt, the ant bites and whip marks had all faded, leaving only the frost bites from sleeping outside without any blanket or source of heat on my pale skin.
