They were done eating food the soldiers stood to stretch themselves as they prepared to start their journey James and Francisco boarded the chopper as the two young men brought the utensils used to eat the chopper the soldiers were ready the chopper engine was ignited the bush men ran helter skelter fearing the sound of the chopper the soldiers, the pilot flew the chopper as the soldiers on the ground jumped onto the horseback and starred their journey again.

"We thought it was only hundred kilometers away we now know that its two hundred kilometers away" Steve said.

"We miscalculated the distance" Jack said.

Tom led them they rushed through the footpath following the chopper, they saw huge herds of elephants in a distant James used his binoculars to observe.

"I can see a herd if elephants what can we do?" James asked.

"Let's fly low to see what is happening" pilot said.

The pilot flew low the elephants ran but they were so many that it was taking much time.

"Ahead of you we have herds of elephants in front of you" pilot said.

Steve received the message from the radio call.

"Slow down we have the herds of elephants in front of us!" Steve shouted.

After the chopper flying low some herds of elephants rushed towards the direction where the soldiers are coming from it was impossible to prevent them.

'The herd of elephants are coming towards your direction be aware" pilot said.

Steve received the information.

"What are we going to do the herds of elephants are coming towards our direction" Steve asked.

"We will put grenades towards the direction when they appear from a distance we explode the grenades to scare them away" Tom instructed.

The soldiers placed grenades in front of them and waited for the herds of elephants to appear.

"Be careful when elephants sense danger they are violent be ready to shoot of they forcefully come towards us but we have another option if they forcefully come we shall use another route but this one is the shortest route to Runda village" Tom said.

The herds of elephants approached they exploded the grenade the elephants were scared and followed a different route it took time to move away from the but the soldiers waited as the chopper flew around to buy time for the elephants to go.

"I can see the village from the distance I hope its the Runda village" James said.

He used his binoculars to observe the village and he discovered that the bush men are heaviest armed.

"I think we have a surprise to encounter the bush men are heavily armed what are we going to do?" James said.

Francisco removed his binoculars and observed he realized the same thing he was very surprised.

"They have the watchtower we have to be careful" Francisco said.

"Are you sure?" James asked.

James observed again he discovered the same thing the herds of elephants went away the soldiers got an opportunity to go they rushed.

There was an open space in front of them pilot realized.

"We have to land in this open space for us to camp and plan way forward if we go further they are going to realized that we are on our way to their village since the have the watchtower" pilot said.

The pilot landed on and the soldiers realized that they have landed they went towards the direction.

The young men removed the tents from the chopper and placed it on the ground the area was flat and it was a nice place to erect the tent the soldiers arrived.

"What made you to land?" Steve asked.

"Through the binoculars we discovered that the village has the watchtower its going to be dangerous if we go further they are going to discover and attack us before we are prepared" James said.

"Yes they have the watchtower but they dont have the binoculars its good that we erect the tent and plan attack mission tomorrow" Tom said.

Jack Steve and Jack were very happy that they have already reached the village each of them thought of charity they suspected that charity might be in the village.

"I will be the one to save Charity" Dave said confidently

"That girl is mine I will be the one to save her!" Jack roared.

"You two don't you know that Charity is my girl let's pray that she is save before fuming and saying that girl is mine" Steve said firmly.

"James thought of Charity he held his waist.

If anybody saved Charity alive I will give him two hundred thousand dollars" James said boldly.

'Dave Steve and jack looked at each other.

You mean even our boss is after Charity's love?" Steve asked.

Its time we start erecting the tent the rain might fall and disrupt everything" Steve said.

The soldiers created a place for horses and came to erect the tents.

"Its almost late hurry I hope we have enough torches to use when the night falls" James said.

"Some of the soldiers go to the jungle bring firewood we need to lit the fire outside the tent for us to warm ourselves at night" Steve ordered.

Some of the soldiers rushed into the jungle other clear the area and others dug the pit latrine.

"This place is save I have not seen any dangerous animals" Jack said.

"Animals must be there but may be they are in different location" Steve said.

"When the fire is lit it will scare away wild animals" Francisco said.

Steve Jack and Dave supervised the work Francisco and James went into the chopper to relax while smoking.

"I think I will be the one to save Charity" James said.

Francisco laughed at him.

"Why are you laughing?" James asked

"You are in love with charity, is that true?" Francisco asked.

"Yes I love love her very much" James said.

"You are too old boss to love leave the young ones to love themselves" Francisco said.

"Love is unfair my heart beat faster when I see that girl' that girl is mine" James said.

Francisco laughed at him James looked at him

"I don't know what to do please advice me" James said.

"Before I advised you let's confirm if she is still alive then we can start from there" Francisco said.

James kept quiet and looked at Francisco, he thought of Charity how she used to ride on her horse rushing to the ranch he thought when she saved the life of his lovely horse.

"Don't stress yourself it will be well boss" Francisco said.

James removed a bottle of whisky and gave it to Francisco.

"Thanks Sir this is what I need now" Francisco said.

He removed another one and open the bottle and enjoyed the drink after being done drinking and got drank they both fell asleep the soldiers continued to erect the tents as the night approaches.
