Upon retrieving her husband back, Astrid took a breath of relief. Her behaviour, however, raised some eyebrows. Davies wasn't pleased with how she reacted.
"What was that, Astrid?" questioned Davies upon settling back on the bed.
Astrid walked towards him and responded, "She doesn't have the best intentions at heart."
While further getting agitated, Davies asked her again, "What do you mean by that?"
While removing the quilt, Astrid revealed, "Can't you see in her eyes? She likes you."
"Just because she was talking to me, she likes me? That's rather a weird thing to conclude," Davies only seemed to be getting further agitated. "Do you have to be this narrow-minded?"
His words brought tears to her eyes, and she roared back, "Go to hell!"
She then turned her back on him and moved away
