Chapter ten
"Let me officially welcome you to the blood claw pack house," Garrett said as the returning group made their way to the large manor at the centre of the community. The return to the creek had been silent as the three boys scouted ahead of Steph and her aunt giving them there much needed alone time but Lily insisted on telling her about her family once she had cleaned up and was well rested. She wasn't pleased at the thought of waiting once again, it clearly hadn't gone well the first time round but she saw her point and was exhausted from running all over the place the entire night.
Steph was torn away from her thoughts when Darwin's shirt was tugged on from behind turning her attention to a small girl no more than ten years standing behind her. She had a bright innocent smil
