When I arrived at Golden Moon, I was told that everyone was already in the meeting room. I knew they were having the trial today and wanted to be there for Mel. Adam had updated me on everything so far and, although I sympathized with the hunter, that didn’t make what he did any better. I was here to support my sis and to offer pack membership to Diana.
The strange thing is that, as soon as I arrived, Drake kept pacing in my head. He wanted me to barge into the meeting room instead of waiting in Alex’s office like I planned. I settled for waiting outside of the meeting room to appease him a little bit. “Cool it. They’ll be out soon.” I assured him. He grumbled but stopped pushing me to go in.
