THREE DAYS LATER
I was mentally prepared to visit Roman today. Elder Becky wanted me to see him at least twice a week. I doubted he wanted to see me and I was okay with that. It made my job easier. I didn’t need Keyla to get any wild ideas if we spent too much time with him. Her depression was getting to me, but it was better than having a delusional wolf.
What neither Keyla nor I was prepared for was for Alex to call me into his office. “What up?” I asked as I walked in. “Uncle Rob got Fabiola out yesterday.” I hadn’t expected that to happen so soon, but I was happy she didn’t have to spend another day locked up. “That’s great. Are you taking Roman to see her or is she coming here?” I asked in a rush.
