No casualties this time and only one missing operative. Not bad. The additional recruits with military experience made a difference. The months of training and meticulous planning ensured everything went almost perfectly. Though, I am surprised to hear that the one missing is Roman. He was one of the best and even helped train the rest.
I’m not sure if it’s a good sign or a bad sign that he’s missing rather than dead. At least dead he can’t spill any of our secrets to those wild beasts. If he’s alive, I can only hope he’s in hiding and will turn up eventually. Hopefully, by the time we are ready for a real strike. Attacking random Rogues was only a practice run to see if my chosen team leaders were ready.
