Tia’s pov

He tightens his gentle hold around my hand and I take a deep breath, sensing my agony racing. Tory starts shaking her tail from enthusiasm, making me dizzy, and I get bathed from cold sweat when the car slows down before it stops completely.

Everyone is here waiting for us, they all want to greet us and I think I’m going to pass out.

“Relax, angel. They are looking forward to show you their love.” Derek whispers and gives me a soft kiss on the cheek, but this time he doesn’t manage to help me calm down.

It was working during our two long flights and our drive from the airport to the territory’s border, but his presence, touch, scent and voice have stopped affecting me that much from the second we crossed the border.

I promised that I would be strong and I wouldn’t allow myself to get panicked, but it is just impossible. I want to make the best impression to everyone, I want to show them how much I care about them, how important they are to me and I can’t deal this torture.

“Tia, I assure you that they can’t wait to welcome you. Nobody will make you feel unwanted here.” Austin, Derek’s first Delta says from the driver’s seat and I smile to him weakly.

He came to pick us from the airport and I liked him from the first second. He is very friendly, funny, relaxed and clever. He made me feel comfortably immediately, his jokes broke the ice many times during our drive and his opinion matters me.

I turn my head to Ann on my left, wanting her assurance that I will make it, and she takes my other free, left hand in hers and gives it a squeeze. Her calm aura slows down my fast, quite painful heartbeat and when the car stops, Albert turns to me with a proud expression.

The way he is looking at me makes my skin shiver. His mesmerizing eyes are watery and knowing that he is so happy for me leaves me speechless and stunned.

“I suggest you to not leave your people waiting, Alphas.” He states with trembling voice and Derek nods in agreement, but waits from me to say if I am ready.

And the question is, am I?

I think that the answer is only one. I will never, ever be ready, because this is one of the most important moments of my entire life, but I want to meet them all and I have no other choice, it is now or never.

This is my fate, this pack, these people and becoming a true part of them is my life’s one purpose. The second is being always next to Derek and the third one is having many kids, I want like nothing else to become a mother.

“They mustn’t wait.” I state finding back my lost temper, even though I have no clue how it happens, and Derek’s eyes shine instantly.

I love how happy he is just because of me. He keeps on proving to me what I mean to him and I’m truly blessed. He is the best mate there is, the best Alpha, and he is only mine!

“Alright, my Luna. Shall we?” he burbles close to my ears and I groan positively.

He opens his door at the same time Albert, Anna and Austin open theirs and then he gets out and fixes his dark blue shirt’s collar. It takes him a moment to offer his hand to me and help me get out, and I accept to take it without wasting even a second.

I look down on me to check my appearance one last time and Tory purrs pleased with it. I am glad I look so well despite the very long flights, because I was thinking about it before at the beginning.

My dark blue dress reaches some inches above my knees and it is quite simple, but appropriate for the occasion. Its sleeves are long and the cut on my sternum isn’t very deep, revealing perfectly my long, pale neck with my father’s necklace and it is as narrow as it should be, it doesn’t stick on my body tightly. Also, my black heels aren’t very high, but they are elegant and my hair and makeup are simple. I took care of both of them by brushing my hair again and leaving it free before we land and then I refreshed my makeup with the very few necessary details from a rose matte lipstick, my black mascara and some rouge.

The second I set both of my feet on the ground, the cool, fresh, filled with oxygen air hits my hot, burning face and the beautiful view steals my breath away. Everything is green around, the trees are tall and covered with bright green leafs in many shades, the scents are so many and sweet that are enough to make butterflies appear in my stomach and the building are from stone and wood with modern structures. I won’t even try to describe the pack house. It is massive, there is even a big fountain with some pavilions here and there, and I smile unconsciously watching the countless flowers everywhere around in many colors.

I mean this place is just dreamy, it’s heaven!

“Derek, this is amazing!” I mutter breathless and he blushes, joining my side.

“And what do you have to say about them, my love?” he asks me as he points the crowd of 120 people, who are staring at us with many types of amused, emotional, blissful and enthusiastic expressions.

It’s our people, my people!

A new wave of warm, powerful energy surrounds my body as I sense all the pairs of eyes observing my every move and my skin shudders. My nervousness and bad thoughts are long gone and my bond with them gets born, making me want to get closer to them desperately.

“Can I meet them, please?” I ask him without taking my eyes from them and he extends his right hand forward, asking from me to lead the way.

Oh, my Goddess…

I make the first, most difficult step and the rest of them become reality without any effort from me. I just follow my instinct and approach them, I get closer and closer with Derek never leaving my hand or staying back, and Albert with Ann and Austin follow behind us.

The crowd is gathered in front of the pack house and not many meters separate us from them now. The silence doesn’t feel wrong anymore, I would say that it helps me relax more and the birds’ rings sound like the best melodies I could have ever asked for this extremely special occasion.

Derek and I are about twenty meters from the pack house’s front stairs and with the crowd on our right, when a quite tall, muscular man with black hair and a very pretty with long, dark brown hair woman and a small boy in her arms leave from the crowd’s first line followed from two other men.

From their appearances and the queue with which they have stepped forward, I understand who they are. Nina, Blaire and Derek have told me many things about them, all positive.

We stop in front of them some seconds later and the four of them bow to Derek and me before I smile. Derek makes a step to get even closer to me and when the four of them stand up again, I bite my lower lip with impatience, preparing myself to meet them in person.

“Alpha, Luna, welcome.” The black haired man says with a proud smirk and Derek leaves my hand in order to hug him.

“Thank you, bro! How are you all doing?” he asks him and I take my eyes from them to look the woman, who is staring at me warmly.

The small boy in her arms raises its hands towards me and I close my distance from it and its mother. I hadn’t imagined that I would be so brave, I mean I didn’t wait for Derek to help me.

“You must be Tristan, the young Beta, right, little man?” I ask in acknowledge and he chuckles shyly, shaking his head to confirm it.

“Nice to meet you, Beta Tristan. And is this your mom, Lia?” I continue while turning again to the woman, who extends her right hand to me.

“Luna, it’s an honor!” she says, but instead of taking her hand, I give her a hug, which she accepts almost immediately by hugging me back.

Blaire and Nina didn’t lie about her. They told me that I am free to be myself with her, because she is very affective, full of understanding, humor and wisdom, something like an older sister.

“It is just Tia, Lia. My sisters and Derek have been talking to me about you and I couldn’t wait to meet you.” I tell her truthfully and she blushes.

We break our hug slowly and I turn to Derek and the other three men, who don’t take their eyes from me, and give me a quite shy time now. Derek’s expression puts fire in my heart and my body gets paralyzed from the tension there is between us. Our bond has gotten so strong over this week that even a look of his is enough to bring the upside down for me.

“I guess I don’t need to get involved, but I will do it for the typical part.” Derek speaks up and places his hand on the black haired man’s shoulder.

“This is Lucas, our Beta and Lia’s mate. He is my best friend.” He begins and Lucas hugs me and kisses my cheek like a big brother, reminding me of Kyle and Ian.

Derek told me that Lucas was the first and last from the guys here to whom he revealed the truth about us and I appreciate his support to Derek these painful years. He stood on his side, he helped him, he didn’t leave him alone and I know how blissful he is for us now.

“Thank you…” I whisper with meaning and he shakes his head playfully with a wicked smirk about Derek.

He made his life a living hell with his nagging, Derek admitted it to me. We both owe Lucas.

“I couldn’t do otherwise. His man here is my brother, he has saved me many times, Tia. Glad you are finally here.” he answers and two more men step forward.

And I was wondering when they would make their move.

The first one is a very young, light blonde haired man with very dark blue eyes. The second one from the other side is very, very tall and muscular with bright brown hair and black eyes, but both of them seem sweet and extremely crazy.

“And here we have Dalton, the Gamma and Lewis, the second Delta.” Derek introduces them and before I reply, I am pulled in a big bear hug and laugh surprised.

Come on, I knew they are very expressive, but this is out of any imagination!

“Don’t break her bones, boys!” Austin exclaims from behind us and many pack members from the crowd laugh, mimicking me.

“I love you too, guys, although I can’t breathe…” I say breathless, since they are still hugging me, looking unwilling of letting me go.

“Cut it out right now, you two! She can’t breathe, that’s enough!” Derek interferes quite frustrated and I find myself in his arms in no time.

I sense his anger and worry growing more intense second by second while I try to find back my breath and I lift my head up and get lost in his eyes. The entire pack observes us scared from Derek’s sudden change of mood, and I smile to him innocently.

I love how caring and protective he is with me, because I don’t believe that he got jealous of Dalton and Lewis, but I was fine, in fact I had fun. He has to relax, I’m not a baby and my dad is nowhere around (Or is he? You can never be sure about anything with George Gordon) to scold him for not making sure I am perfectly fine.

“Alpha… Don’t scare them more. Our pack loving me is what we want. And the boys are like young brothers to you and now to me too…” I mutter lowly so that only he can listen to me, and he shakes his head in frustration, but then smiles with regret and his eyes get brighter.

“Fine! My apologies, my Luna. I just saw you turning pale and I lost my temper.” He replies and I raise my right hand to peck his jaw.

Many cries of surprise sound from the crowd in front of us and I lower my head ashamed. My heartbeat becomes faster and stronger, my skin takes fire and I stiffen in Derek’s arm, who senses it and clears his throat with meaning.

That wasn’t supposed to happen!

Derek’s pov

Every sound, voice and whisper comes to its end once I look at all of them and many lower their heads with wicked smiles on their faces. Watching me so affected from Tia’s touch and presence is something new for them and they can’t hide their excitement.

I understand how happy and relieved they all feel. It’s the first time for all of them to have a Luna, since most of them were rogues and some others orphans and I took them under my protection with our King’s help and support, but they can sense what Tia means to their lives and how important her role is.

You see, they know how it feels like to have an Alpha, but they needed a Luna. My role is to protect them and Tia’s role is to love and support them, take care of them. It’s like I am their father and Tia is her mother, and who doesn’t need a mother?

I grew up without either of them and I know how painful this is. That’s why I can’t get mad at them for being so expressive towards Tia. She feels embarrassed, but they didn’t have bad intentions, the last thing they wanted was to make her feel awkwardly.

“Let’s continue. Okay, my love?” I ask Tia gently through our link and bring my one hand under her chin to make her lift her head and look at me.

Her honey eyes take my breath away the moment our gazes meet and her blushed cheeks upset my wolf. My need to kiss her becomes unbearably, but I have to be patient. I don’t want her to feel worse. We will have time to stay alone later, in some hours.

“Yes… Let’s do this.” she states, giving me the permission I needed and I take her right hand in my left one again.

Lucas, Lia with Tristan, Dalton, Ann and Albert, Austin and Lewis come behind us and Tia and I begin to walk up the five stairs to stop in front of the house’s entrance. I wait until all of them take their places next to Tia and me, and when they all stop, I turn to her and caress her soft hand gently.

This is the day we were waiting for and I can’t hide my happiness for what takes place. Having Tia here, next to me, and introducing her as my Luna is a dream that comes true, and the fact that she wants it as much as I do kills me sweetly.

Tia shakes his head encouraging me to speak up and I bring my eyes back to the crowd, which is waiting to listen to me hanging from my lips.

“Sunrise Pack, I greet you!” I begin steadily, using my Alpha’s tone and all of them bow in absolute harmony.

“I don’t want to become tiring. Nobody from us wants that, so I will get straight to the point.” I continue next and see many wiping their tears from the eyes, proving me again how they feel about this historical for us day.

“Today is probably the greatest day our pack has seen until now and this happens for one specific reason. This reason is the woman, who stands next to me, our Luna!” I state, showing Tia with my right hand and my heart ready to explode from pride.

“Your Betas informed you about me finding our Luna few days ago, as I asked from them to and I know how relieved, proud and happy you are. For this reason, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I want to thank you for your honest reactions, for your warm acceptance and for being so happy for your Luna and me. I am aware of how much you wanted me to find my mate, but I know that you wanted it not so much for you, but for me. Because you wanted me to find love, the only one, and it finally happened, I found it.” I say next, sensing Tia getting overwhelmed like me.

“I don’t need to ask from you to love, respect, adore and give her the loyalty she deserves, because I am more than certain that she has all of them already from you. In addition, all of you will have the opportunity to talk to her in person. And also, I have no doubt that you all know about this amazing, unique young woman, but please, let me introduce her to you and welcome her in the way she deserves.” I continue and take a deep breath with my wolf howling ecstatically in my mind.

“Your Luna, our Luna, my one and only love, the woman of my heart and dreams, my mate, Tia Gordon!” I announce and they all break into cheering, they start clapping their hands and calling Tia’s name or repeating the word ‘Luna’ again and again.

Once I end my last phrase, I turn to Tia and pull her in my arms ignoring everyone around. My sudden move catches her off guard, but she laughs with her golden eyes wet from tears of happiness, and wraps her arms around my neck trying my unstable limits.

My resistance fades while sparks fill every cell of my body from her sweet touch, her scent fills my lungs and my gaze falls on her pink, delicious lips and I crash my lips on them without giving her time to react, protest or stop me.

Our kiss is deep from the beginning and too soon our tongues dance together in harmony. Her taste fills my world with fireworks, my wolf starts giving me a hard time with his explosive reaction and my entire body takes fire. Tia buries her hands in my hair and I tighten my hold around her ever more. Our kiss keeps on being hungry and passionate, it feels like we are completely alone, free and desperate for each other.

I want this moment to last forever, I don’t want it to stop, I want more and more, I can’t get enough!

“Long live our Alpha and Luna!” a well known shout (probably Dalton’s) echoes from somewhere close, making both Tia and me break our kiss unwillingly, too surprised and short of breath, and the cheers become louder.

Everyone start screaming again Tia’s and mine names and I cap her face, touch my forehead against hers and lock my eyes on hers.

“I love you very much, baby. I will do my best to make you happy, I will do anything for you to have the perfect life you deserve. Thank you for coming with me to our home!” I say touched and she brings her hands on my cheeks and rubs them with lust and affection.

“I love you too, Derek. I am already happy, because I have you. And you don’t have to thank me, because…” she burbles and pauses to peck her nose with mine, killing me with her eyes.

“My home is you. And for this, I will be always following you, forever!”

Hello everyone!

Welcome all again! 

These were the 6th and 7th chapters and quite colliding as for their theme.

Before we continue, I would like to apologize for delaying to update this story of mine so for long, but there are few reasons about it. Well, it is one actually. So, I have said again that this book will be much darker than any other book of mine. This is why I get overwhelmed and quite sad when I want to write a new chapter. I know the continuing and it hurts me more than the usual, because I live the stories with my heroes and I am not so well psychologically lately and this means that I find it hard to deal with it. I promise that this delay won't happen again.

 Also, I tried to think if I could change the story line a little bit or not, but in the end I took the decision to keep it the way it is in my mind from the beginning. So, no changes and let's pray we all make it the more the story moves on.

And now back to our topic and this chapter! We finally saw Blaire again, but we saw some things about everyone else, especially about Tia, Derek and... Cozbi and her presence in Tia's life. Do you have any idea of what will happen next?
