The commotion drew the attention of neighbors. Drake, alarmed by Anne's erratic behavior, quickly followed her out, attempting to lighten up the situation.
"Anne, stop this madness! What are you doing?" Drake pleaded, trying to reason with her.
Neighbors quickly gathered as they heard Anne's loud screaming, witnessing the unfolding drama. Anne, with tangled clothes and a tear-streaked face, pointed accusingly at Drake. "Help me! He attacked me! He's a violent monster!"
