I went up to my room to change and take a cold shower to clear my head. A lot of things were going and I didn't understand how I felt about it, from finding out I had a brother to realizing he was the cause of everything going on with the wolves. Why was he doing this? What happened to him?
I removed my clothes entered the shower and let the cold water soothe my skin. I needed this. I touched my forehead remembering the feel of Lucas's lips on my skin.
"It wasn't a real kiss Rose, stop overthinking it," I thought to myself but I didn't fail to realize that something had changed with Lucas. He seemed….kind as though he cared about me.
