I smiled at her. "I'm not your enemy Red, I'm your ex husband." She stared at me, trying to remember.
" Why...why did we get divorced? Can you show me the divorce papers." She asked.
I didn't want to ever do that. I had given the reason as multiple infidelities.
She wouldn't like to know that.
" I just can't believe I've been married twice." She looked at her fingers.
I moved towards her. I held out my hand, she put her hand to her cheek and winced, she did remember something about me, my anger.
" Did you ever put your hands on me in anger Mr. Howle? Is that why I left you?" She asked me looking angry now.
She just had an imprint that I was dangerous to her.
I frowned." No my love, never." I lied.
She shook her head as if to clear it.
She looked at Luke then me.
" Something is very, very wrong with my mind isn't it?" She asked, turning white.
She lost too much blood.
She fell down the wall. Rena stood over her, offering her hand to help her up.
She stared up at her.
" Was it you who broke my leg?"She asked Rena.
Rena shook her head. "No, I didn't do that." She didn't say that she broke her ribs once.
She wouldn't look at anyone now, just her feet.
" No one here wants to hurt you love." Luke said, trying to be very honest.
" Luke, how did I heal then, I don't have any pain?" She looked at him, rubbing her leg.
" Time and you had a cast for a while." He said, smiling.
Kennedy smiled, she took his hand, she gave me a very wide birth.

Lucas
She told everyone she needed to rest, she took me with her.
I felt relief.
" Hold me husband. I think I belong to you, right?" She looked up into my brown eyes.
" Yes you do. I will keep you next to me while you sleep."
What she did next was what she felt was right. She just let her heart lead her, so she told me later.
" I want to taste your lips again, please." She leaned into me.
I held her chin. "Then do that, I have been waiting for you to remember me, but even if your mind won't remember, you body might love bird, we've kissed alot."
She smiled and kissed me. It was soft and sweet at first, then deeper.
Our tongues collided in a short passionate swirling exchange.
" Lucas, I remember this, I liked this very much didn't I?" She called my name and I pressed against her.
I had no power to resist her or restrain my love for her.
She opened her mind to me, we held eachother. For her it was her first time kissing me, again.
" It does feel like we have done this before?" She whispered.
I nodded.
" Did it hurt the first time you took my virginity?" She asked me.
" Oh, that was Howle. He was your first love, I wish it was me."
She kissed me all over my face as she told me she knew somehow that she loved me.
I nodded and kissed her back.
We loved eachother as she relaxed into my arms and fell asleep. She felt safe with me, I smiled.
When we woke up, Kennedy was petting her large wolf on the end of the bed.
" Oh, boy where did you come from. I know you." She laughed and giggled as Clover licked her face. Somehow, Howle just needed to be close to her.
I got out of bed to let them reunite.
"You call him Clover. He is Howle. He will show you his true self, Kennedy...trust me. Do not fear what you see. He loves you very much."
Her eyes were filled with joy at being with Clover.
" Oh, I must have been good friends with you wasn't I boy?"

I knew what I did next would cause her much distress, but she had to see that I was her first love. I was Clover.
As she held onto my fur and hugged me, I turned back to my human form. She saw the three clovers on my chest. To my utter shock, she accepted this.
I could see that she knew, somehow she wasn't scared or upset. She knew me like this.
"You were my first love, you are Clover. I don't know how I know all this, but you are my love aren't you? I know too that you hurt me, didn't you?" She was crying.
" Kennedy, I wanted to push you away, you went to jail for me, I knew you would do anything to be with me.
I thought I was going to prison for life, I pushed you away, I'm so sorry."
" Can you give me some time?"
She wanted time, to try to remember me.
I kissed her hand and nodded.
" I think you and I had something special then, did I forgive you for hurting me?" She frowned at me, looking at my warm hand covering hers.
" We didn't talk, but you wrote me some very beautiful love letters. You forgave me." I couldn't lose her again.
" When we first made love, were you in human form then?" she asked me.
I smiled. She was cute.
" I was. Kennedy do you know what a lycan is, I can take the form of Clover at will.
When I turn to my true being, I am hideous to you. I won't show you this side of me until you trust me again."
She shook her head, those red curls bounced over her shoulders.
" Show me now. I must learn to trust you again. Howle, show me the worst please."
I stood up and transformed into my beast. I was full of fierce energy and wild abandon.
I pounced on the bed in front of her, teeth snarling.
She reached out and touched my chest, circling my three patches of white.
" Come to me beast, lay beside me as you are!" She commanded me.
She had no fear, knowing that I was still Clover.
She touched me all over, I couldn't help but turn back to my human form. She always had a way to tame me.
" Kiss me Orcas, show me which part of you is mine."
She covered her mouth, then looked at Lucas. " Sorry, that's not appropriate is it, I mean we are divorced."
I looked at her eyes, she felt something for me still.
" I am still yours, you command my spirit. I am unable to resist you it seems."
Lucas nodded, he approved.
She pulled me in and let me hold her.
I missed her so badly. I needed this.
" I love you Red." I told her as I held her soft feminine body.
She smelled me and touched my hair.
" How, how do I love two men at once? Luke as my husband, you as my lover?"
I kissed her then, afraid to lose her to Lucas.
" Who cares, just love me. Luke can be your husband, I see he is very much in love with you.
I want you happy. But Kennedy, you need to know your husband used to be my enemy. You are the one that changed this."
We spoke of vampires and wolves being sworn enemies for centuries.
She took it all in.
Rena poked her head into the room.
" Dinner is here."
I called for her to come to us.
" No, I am not going to cause Kennedy any more stress. I will keep my distance." She replied.
" Rena, come here!" I commanded.
She stood in front of Kennedy.
" Show her your wolf." I instructed her.
She changed into a beautiful white wolf. Kennedy hugged her.
" You are magnificent Rena."
I let them have a moment together.
