It was the twins’ birthday and also my beloved daughter’s, as well. As we were all planning for a birthday surprise for our little one, with the initiative of the fathers, we planned to eat breakfast outside of the palace. I chose the diner at the border, which serves great home-cooked food. Not that I had something against the food being served in the palace. They were all delicious, but sometimes my stomach would crave something my mom would make when I was younger. It was also good for Kendra to try different tastes while she was young and be out and mingle with different kinds of people.
