HANNAH'S POV
Discovering that you can heal the disease is not an easy realization to take in. Especially when you can't explain why.
I could have healed more people, but I freaked out and ran home without looking back. The only one that saw what happened was the man I healed. I took off as soon as he looked up at me and asked who I am.
I couldn't think of anything else even after getting home. That man's shocked face kept popping up in my head.
I feel lost, anxious and elated at the same time. When I touched the man and he healed, it didn't feel like magic. I don't know how magic is supposed to feel like but it can't be anything as pure as what I felt.
I stayed in my room trying to figure out what kind of howling power can heal a bad disease and still feel so devine.
