“How is she?” Riley heard Winter asked as she struggled to open her eyes.
“Well…I think she’s going to be alright. Even though she took in too much energy, the child inside her is rapidly consuming it, quite greedy I might say” Is that Terran’s voice, no…that doesn’t sound like it. Who was it then? Riley wondered as her entire body ached, she felt harsh cold biting at her skin and wished that cold was from the outside, at least she could use a blanket. It was a somewhat annoying cold coming from right inside her and spreading every part of her body, but something felt cool against her skin, maybe not warm but cool.
