“Well, if you’re going to get into trouble for hitting someone, you might as well hit them hard.” The sound of a low voice behind me makes me jump and as I turn and ram into the person behind. We both make an oof type noise. Before this, I have been standing outside the principal’s office, knocking like a crazy woman for the last ten minutes. No one has proceeded to open the door and short of walking in there myself (I did try and turn the knob, but the door was locked) I was going to punch my way through it.
