Chapter 14They drove through the dark streets speeding toward Bull’s home. Jamie was still on an endorphin high so he didn’t speak except for short answers to Bull’s questions.
“Are you okay?” Bull asked as he maneuvered the SUV through streets wet with a light rain.
“Yes, Sir,” Jamie answered.
“Are you warm enough?”
Jamie nodded his head.
“Use your words,” Bull demanded. “I can’t drive and watch you at the same time.”
