Bellagos had been built in orbit around Earth, with massive sections assembled and hauled into place over several years. Some sections like spokes in a wheel, some long tubes. Others bulky square or rounded shapes that joined the rest together.
Environmental and health engineers had designed corridors that were broad and inviting to connect the main sections of the ship. Like the ones Sue had walked through with Liam and Evans today, they held simulated sunlight and sometimes even birdsongs or breezes.
They were also designed to help crewmembers get a big part of their exercise needs by walking or running from the living pods to work, play, or gather supplies.
