Chapter 17 Kim did her best to focus on the question Mrs. Seagon had just asked, and how badly she wanted to know the answer to that question and so many more. Most of all how she could have spent endless hours in this building with no idea a vast, glorious collection of rooms and books and who knew what else was hidden away under her feet. Or why she’d moved away from Steph just then instead of moving closer, when all she’d wanted to do last night (and in shockingly vivid dreams) was get closer.
