"Beta! Over here!" Vince heard one of the warriors shout making him look at the direction with wide eyes.
He ran through the trees ignoring the pain he was feeling. Reaching a small clearing he felt his heartbreak into a million pieces as he saw his mate laying on the ground unconscious and covered in blood.
"No... No.. No..." the beta started mumbling as he ran to his mate. Tears started flowing through his eyes as the flashbacks of his first mate fill his mind.
