In the, I think much rarer, case where the adopted person is a boy, if the dominant male is bisexual he may use him sexually, but if not, the boy being submissive, he would be available to be dominated by the woman, if she is a switch. In this case, she would be likely to have exclusive use of the third party in the arrangement.
I’ve never heard of an arrangement where two men share a submissive girl on a permanent basis. They might be close friends, but I would think the stability of such an arrangement would be short-lived.
