Chapter 14 - Her acceptance
*Her* Skylar was being led to forest. David let her hand go and she watched him go behind a tree. Skylar heard rustling and what appeared to be bones cracking. She whinced. Next minute a beautiful fluffy red wolf stepped out from behind the tree. He had Davids clothes in his mouth which he then put down at her feet and nudged them with his snout. Skylar laughed. "Oh...uh..you want me to take them." The wolf nodded, so Skylar gingerly picked them up and hugged them to her chest. The wolf then started whining and pawing the ground. "Ha ha ha. Ok. Can I...pat you?" The wolf yipped and wagged his tail. 'cute' Skylar thought to herself. The wolf walked to her and rubbed himself on her legs. He was enjoying her touch as she gently put her hand on his head and she swore he wore a snug smile.
