CHAPTER 18: SARAH

As soon as she was out of his sight, Sarah picked up her pace. Nick wasn’t going to wait long. He was too hot for her and that made her nerves hum with anticipation and fear. This had to be a one night thing. She couldn’t be with him longer than that. Her heart was too involved already. He’d leave her as soon as he tired of her and he’d tire of her as soon as she needed him.
She headed to the large limo. A tall, handsome driver stepped out of the car.
“Is this Nick...” Damn, she still didn’t know his last name. Her face heated at the amused expression on the driver’s face.
“Yes, ma’am. This is Nick Macris’ limo.” He opened the door.
“Thank you.” She climbed into the car, her desire dimming.
