The next day, Free delivered a message: Cole wanted to meet.
Dale and Annora took the train to the rendezvous spot. It was a seldom-used corridor, and foot traffic was light.
“There,” Dale said, pointing to where Cole stood next to a door.
“I see him,” Annora said. “Let's hope he's got some good news for us.”
They walked over to him.
“Hey,” Cole said. “Glad you got the message.”
