Ryder’s P.O.V

“Thank God that is over.” I laughed

“I know. They have us married and with kids already.” Ivy giggled

She was right, that was the topic of the dinner with our parents…Ivy and I’s future. We tried explaining to them we have only been together a few weeks but their responds was we have been friends for years…we have been in love with each other for years ect…in the end we nodded in agreement, told them it will happen when it is meant to…anything to stop them.

“They are all crazy. Wanna go grab a drink, think we both deserve it after that.” I laughed

“Yes. How about clubbing? We can call the group, make a night of it? We aint been clubbing for a while.” Ivy suggested

“Sounds good. You call the girls. I will call the guys.” I smiled

The two of us drove home, dropping the car off, making some phone calls and getting ready for our night out. It only took me ten minutes, took Ivy a little longer and I was getting impatient.

“Ace would you hurry up?” I called out

I soon heard her heels clicking against the floor. About blooming time. I crossed my arms over my chest, tapping my foot. I am not a very patient person, she knows this, think she takes her time on purpose. I eventually looked up, looking at her

“f**k!” I hissed under my breath as my eyes trailed her body, she looked so f*****g sex

I swallowed hard, trying to pull myself together before the excitement was clear to see in my tight jeans. She always dresses in these sexy little outfits when we go out but I never looked at her the way I am looking at her now, then again I was not f*****g her the way I am now.

“You wanna stop gawking at me like I am some piece of meat dude?” she giggled

“What did you expect when you walked out dressed in that sexy little outfit? I am male at the end of the day.” I said throwing my hands in the air, chuckling

She rolled her eyes at me, pushing by me and headed out the door. I watched after her, my eyes falling firmly on her ass

“Stop looking at my ass you perv.” She giggled, looking over her shoulder at me

“Any more of it I will do more than look at it Ace.” I smirked

“Eww. Never gonna happen. That thing is not going anywhere near my ass thank you very much. Now stop being a perv and move your ass, the taxi is waiting.” She laughed, shaking her head at me

I groaned to myself, following her out, climbing into the waiting taxi. I was trying to distract myself by talking to the driver but it was not working cause I could not keep my eyes off Ivy. She was smirking, knowing exactly what she was doing to me. I was glad when we pulled up outside the club, other woman around that can steal my attention so I aint drooling over my best friend like a puppy dog all night. I paid the cab, climbing out, running around to open Ivy’s door for her, giving her a hand out. I placed my hand on the small of her back heading to the club, thankfully the que was not that long, never had to wait around too long. We had arranged to meet everyone at the blue bar in the club, they had four different bars, named after colours.

I see guys eyes fall on Ivy as soon as she walked in but she never seemed to notice, never even looked at any of them. I wrapped my arm tightly around her waist, pulling her close to me, not liking the way these men were drooling over her. I glared at them, making them soon turn away. Yeah that’s it, keep your eyes away from my best friend creep. We made our way through the crowd, seeing our group of friends waiting for us. Ivy pulled away from me, rushing over to the girls

“Becky! Winter!” she squealed, hugging them

“Ivy!” they squealed back in sync

The other guys and I looked at each other, rolling our eyes at the girls excitement, laughing. After they hugged, squealed and did whatever it is you ladies do they came over to us. Ivy saying hi to Jacob, Ravi, Paul and JJ…me saying hello to the girls.

“What is that I am hearing you two are together?” Ravi smirked, looking at us

“We aint, well not really.” Ivy giggled

“It is pretend to piss Ellie off and get her to leave me alone.” I added

“What? No! We were totally shipping Rivy.” Winter pouted

Ivy and I looked at each other, one as confused as the other before turning our attention back to Winter

“What? It’s your couple name. I hate you both for doing this to me.” Winter pouted “I have been totally shipping you two for years, not you ruined it for me.” she added, pulling a sad face at us

The rest of us laughed, shaking our heads at her. What is with everyone thinking Ivy and I are gonna end up together and live happily ever after? Not once have we done anything to make everyone think that, well until a couple of weeks ago when we started having s*x and pretending to be “together”. I was glad no one else mentioned anything about it cause they never needed to know about Ivy and I’s little friends with benefits arrangement. The girls headed to find a seat as us guys got the drinks in.

“I don’t believe there is nothing happening between you and Ivy dude. You have barley took your eyes off her since you walked in here together.” Paul smirked

“There is nothing going on between us.” I said, trying not to smirk but I could feel it creeping on my lips

“Oh My God dude you and Ivy are totally fucking.” JJ smirked

I went to deny it, there was no point though cause they would find out. I nodded my head, making them all smirk and high five me. We grabbed our drinks, heading to where the girls were sitting, they were already surrounded by a group of guys

“Not happening. Piss off.” Ravi said shooing them away, him and Becky were together, have been for about three years, he is very protective of her…of their relationship.

The guys soon disappeared. We passed the girls their drinks, taking seats next to them. I sat next to Ivy, my eyes falling on her bare legs again, licking my lips. She has a nice set of legs on her. I gave myself a shake, putting my attention everywhere except at her

“You got busted.” She giggled in my ear

I laughed, sticking my tongue out at her. I let my eyes scan the room, seeing if anyone grabbed my attention, someone to take home tonight. Ivy knew I would probably end up doing that, she never minded which worked out well for me. There was many sexy, beautiful woman here, for some reason tonight none of them seemed to grab my attention in the way sexy, beautiful woman usually do…strange. Maybe Ivy has tired me out…tired him out.

“You see anything you like?” I heard Ivy’s voice in my ear

I turned to face her, her face only inches away from mine. I wanted to crash my lips against hers but decided against it

“Nope.” I answered

“Are you feeling alright? I can see at least ten woman that in your type.” She giggled

“Nah, not feeling any of them tonight. I will just stick by you tonight, annoying you and all.” I smirked

“Nothing unusual for you Ryder. I know you, you will have someone going home with you before the end of the night, you always do.” She giggled

I shrugged, turning away from her, placing my hand on Ivy’s bare thigh, her body shivering under my touch. I smirked knowing even with us only sitting here she was still wanting me. Maybe we can sneak off to the bathroom or something later cause we will both get horny with the more we drink. I could see her looking at me out the corner of my eye, but never looked at her, only smirked instead.

I think tonight instead of setting my sights on someone else, I will spent my night teasing my very sexy best friend that sounds more fun and appealing.
