Chapter 15 Nobody Could Save You

Robert let out a great long sigh, staring blankly at the ceiling.
"What's wrong? Wouldn’t it be good to do that kind of thing with me? Or… is it just that you don’t like me?” Jessica asked as tears began to form in her eyes.
‘You are still too innocent! Jeez!’ exclaimed Robert in his heart. Robert was speechless over the fact that Jessica didn't know anything about him, but still wanted to have s*x with him.
He was full of anger and frustration, but he wasn’t angry with Jessica, it was the situation. He patiently smiled and said, “Jessica, be good, you can’t have s*x until you grow up. But I am willing to sleep next to you, alright?”
"Grow up? I'm a ghost...I won’t grow up..." Jessica blinked and said innocently.
Robert didn’t know what to say to her, he put his arms around her and held her. The night had been peaceful, William nor the others dared to cause any trouble but once he was asleep, Robert was dreaming of explaining everything to Abby.
Early the next morning, Robert and the others were awakened by a loud pounding at the door.
"Who the hell is that? It's still dark!" William cursed as he rolled out of bed to open the door. After opening the door, William was shocked to see Anthony standing there. He looked terrible and all of his arrogance had dissipated.
"William, what the hell did you just say?” Anthony had barely finished speaking when he coughed violently.
"Anthony, what's the matter? Why are you here so damn early? If it isn’t important get out of here. I need my sleep and you are not helping!” Not knowing exactly sure if he wanted to be loyal to Robert or Anthony, William tried to get him to leave.
Anthony coughed and hacked for a moment before shouting, “Where is Robert? Get him for me, NOW!”
"You dare yell for my boss by name? Do you want to die?” William stood up straighter, no longer afraid of Anthony.
"You dare to be so impolite to me?" Anthony was infuriated with William and raised his hand to hit him. However, before he could, he slipped and fell to the ground, crying out, “Damn! My ass!”
"Hahaha...Anthony, you look such an idiot..." William laughed so hard he almost fell to the ground as well.
Hearing the commotion, Robert stretched and climbed out of bed to find out what was happening.
"What do you want from me?" Robert yawned and asked. He knew what Anthony wanted, he was not going to be satisfied until he heard Anthony personal beg.
"Robert, did you f*****g put the ghost on me?” Anthony tried to get up from the floor, but slipped and fell down again.
Seeing the funny situation in front of him, Robert tried hard not to laugh, "Do you have any evidence?"
"Of course, I asked a master to examine me, and he said that I have a jinxed ghost on me!” Anthony said, slamming his fists on the floor.
"Then why don't you ask that master to get rid of it?" Robert tilted his head and said playfully.
Anthony didn't even bother to get up. He sat cross-legged on the floor and said, "If he could get rid of it, why would I come to you?”
The aggression Anthony was feeling took over him. He clenched his teeth and snarled, “You don’t f*****g understand! That night when I went to bed, the bed collapsed and I almost died! Later, I nearly choked to death twice, once while I was drinking water and the other when I was eating breakfast. I have lost track of how many times I have fallen down but I know it has to be a couple of hundred. On the way to see you, I got into a car accident, and almost died! Then I fell the entire way to your door!”
Hearing this, Robert and William laughed from ear to ear.
"Anthony, it sounds like you are having a really bad day!” William chuckled and held on to his stomach, it was hurting from laughing so much.
Anthony wanted to get up and knock Robert out cold, but he was afraid of slipping again, so he stayed on the ground.
"If you want me to help you, I will, but only after you follow through on the terms of our bet,” Robert stopped laughing enough to tell Anthony his demands.
Anthony was taken aback for a moment, then came back to his senses, he crawled over to Robert and shamelessly said, “Oh, daddy, please help me!”
"Good son, but that is not enough. You have to make me happy," Robert stroked Anthony's head like a dog's head.
"Then what do you want, daddy?" Anthony's face changed.
"You have to make a fool of yourself in front of everyone, so that I can be happy!" Then Robert said to William, "Get the word out that Anthony is going to monkey around in the school square this morning and everyone can watch the show for free."
"Yes, hahaha..." William laughed and walked out.
A crowd had gathered in the square, questioning if Anthony was going to show up.
"Anthony is going to do a monkey show? Seriously?"
"Who knows, but there must be a good show."
The students continued to gossip as Robert pulled Anthony to the center of the square.
"Good son, come on. Let everyone have a good look at you!" Robert said.
‘Damn, I don’t want to live like this anymore! Just do it!’ Anthony gritted his teeth and made up his mind. "I'm so stupid! I'm daddy's boy!"
Suddenly, Anthony burst into song, but the lyrics were humiliating. All of the students in the square were laughing at Anthony. He used to be so arrogant but now he was the laughing stock of the school as he sang one song after another.
"Ordinary s**t, I eat ordinarily. Oh hey! everyone!" He was singing and doing all kinds of weird movements, like a fool.
Everyone including Robert and some of the teachers laughed and stomped on the ground. Both Anthony and Robert were famous, and people could see that Robert was a “really great father”.
"I love s**t!" After Anthony shouted, he knelt before Robert, "Daddy, are you satisfied?”
Robert had seen Abby in the crowd so he had no more time to embarrass Anthony. Explaining to Abby was the most important thing on his mind. He patted Anthony on the shoulder, pretending to be kind and said, “Hey man, nothing can save you!”
Without another word, he hit Anthony and he fell to the ground from the impact.
