Chapter 2 shopping for the new house

Well hi there, are you the one making all the noise?" The wolf turned to her tilting his head, it just stood there looking at her, "Well I'm sorry fella , I don't have any food right now, but if you want to sleep on my porch, your more then welcome, just no noise, I have things to do in the morning," she turns to go back inside and shuts the door, the wolf linked his friends, 

"Hey roaster, I don't think she's like the others that stayed here, I think I'll stay here for a little longer,"

"Alright Lance, just be careful, you never know if she is or not, so be careful,"

Lance walked up the steps and laid down on the porch, he didn't sleep that night, he wanted to make sure she was safe, when the morning came, he got up and left, he wanted to shift back to his human form and sleep in his own bed, 

Laura woke up with her neck hurting, "I have got to get a bed, sleeping on this couch is killing my neck,"I  took a shower dried off and got dressed, "well the water and lights work, so far so good, I brushed my hair leaving it down and put on my shoes, and left, closing and locking the door behind, I got into my jeep, and headed toward the mini mall I had seen on the way up here, she drove for thirty minutes and finally found it, she parked and got out, it was like everything she is looking for is right here at this mall, plus not to mention she had keep looking for a job if she wanted to keep having the money come in, she first went to the furniture store, she talked to the lady at the counter, she smiled at the long blonde hair woman. 

"Hi I'm looking for a bedroom set with a vanity plus I need furniture for my living room,"  the lady looked up from doing paperwork, and then looked back down, when a man came out from the back, 

"Hi sorry, she's doing paperwork that's going to keep her busy, so I hear your looking for a bedroom suit with a vanity and a couple of couches, you came to the right place, let me show you what we have,"  by the time they were done, it was all paid for and set for delivery, "Everything will be at your house in four hours, so you have time to do what you need to do next" 

"Thank you sir for everything you did, I'm very grateful," she shook his hand and left the store, next she bought paint, and new curtains and pictures for the house, a new shower curtain with bath mats, she bought shampoo conditioner, tooth brush tooth paste, and so much more she needed for herself plus cleaning supplies for the house, the last place she went was to the grocery store, she bought so much food she even bought a huge steak, 

'This is for that wolf, if I see him again, I'll throw it to him, soon it was almost time to leave when a local club caught her eyes, it was named the wolf dance club, "well that's a weird name." She knew she wouldn't be long, but if she wanted to keep living comfortably she needed to find a job, so she went right in, and sat at the bar. The bartender turned around and sniffed the air, she thought that was a little weird,

"Hi I was wondering, if you were hiring, I know how to make drinks, and bartend, the guy had short brown hair and brown eyes, he looked over her shoulder to someone. She turned to look, there standing was a beautiful woman, with long red hair and blue eyes, with a figure to die for, 

"So you're looking for a job, I have three clubs in one, so maybe if you come tonight and show me what you got, I'll hire you, my name is Trish,ask for me at the door ok, and be here at ten tonight, so I can show you around before the crowd starts, laura nodded, 

"I'll be here don't worry, I'll be here," Trish nodded, alright see you then, she shook her hand and left, she hurried home so she could put everything away, she wanted to paint the walls, but that will have to wait, thirty minutes later the truck arrived with her furniture, she showed the guys were she wanted everything, when everything was inside and put where she wanted, she tipped the guys and they left. She fell on the new couch, she thought she would just take a small nap, she closed her eyes and fell a sleep she was wore out,
