Still, I could always use the extra cash, so I said yes. Besides, I knew it could lead to bigger and better things. Little did I know just how much bigger and better. The first night was a bear, but I managed to make it out of the office by eleven, happy for the work I’d done, happier still that I was heading home to my bed.
