For a second I thought that what I heard was an illusion and I just blocked in my track but the next second Rosie screams in horror and I hear her crying. But there is not rotten smell in the air and I can't feel the presence of any rogue here. What the hell is going on?
Rosie screams again. "Let her go!"
This is not a game. This is not her attempt to distract me, this is real!
I jump over the fence that separates me from the backyard garden and nothing could have prepare me for what I just saw. Zoey in human form defending Rose. My sister is collapsed to the ground and she is screaming in horror, most probably having a panic attack. Since our parents died she has a mental allergy to rogues.
But what shocks me is not Rosie’s reaction, I saw that before what shocks me
