Retaurant Scene
“Tell me Tim,” Fiona’s eyes danced around him, “how can you love someone so quickly?”
“How can I even know that?” Tim half-laughed. “Fiona, are you not telling me something that I should know? Did Brix hurt you?”
“N-nooo…” she gasped. “But then why would you not tell me, Tim, that you impregnated your secretary? Bakit mo inilihim sakin? I thought we were best of friends and suddenly-“
Tim saw how Fiona’s eyes misted, almost croaking to tears. “What made you fall in love so quickly, Tim. Was it lust, or was it really love? Ba’t ka nahiyang sabihin sa ‘kin?”
Tim was just dumbfounded. Kung hindi lang nasa bunganga pa niya ang beef brisket ay baka napabuga na siya sa pagtawa. Nginuya muna niya ang pagkain at napainom ng wine.
