Drake didn’t say anything as he watched her face. Once again tears were filling those beautiful sapphire eyes. His want to turn her was growing by the moment. He wanted to know more about this creature, wanted to learn about her and teach her all that he knew of the world and experience the rest of his long life with her. Never had he met a woman that intrigued him as much as she did.
Her intellect and compassion were refreshing, her intelligence and wit, exhilarating, A woman like Blaire never deserved more than being a play thing and a food source, never a lifelong companion.
