My body was stiff due to the pain and worry which were rolling off from our mate. It was so hard for me to focus on the road when I just wanted to stop the car and embrace my frightened mate. I know both of my brothers can feel her emotions and can clearly understand her condition, but we don’t want to overwhelm her. Our mate wanted to put on a mask of bravery and used to bottle up her emotions, so no one could guess what was going on in her mind. If we force her to seek comfort from us then she will do the same thing as before… She will run away and we don’t want this now.
