Claud and Spike returned to the mountaintop, and everyone was enjoying their meal.
Brenda complained, "Where did you go?"
And when Brenda saw that Spike was riddled with injuries, she was shocked and ran over to ask, "Spike, what happened to you?"
Belinda and the others also had serious expressions.
Spike's injuries were truly frightening, especially the bloody wound on his chest. The children didn't even dare look at it, and the timid ones were all scared to tears.
"Claud, did you hurt him?" Brenda was furious.
"Brenda, don't make wrong accusations against me. I saved his life." Claud spread out his hands and looked wronged.
Spike explained, "I went to catch hares but encountered a tiger. I was injured by its sneak attack. If not for Claud, I would have died."
