Anne couldn't believe they made it. Devon was helping her the entire time, although she had the slight suspicion some of the investors might have agreed to the terms of the contract because they had known her partner since he was a child. A partner, huh.

She was now watching the night view to Tokyo from the top floor of the hotel they had the celebration dinner at.
"Whenever I'm watching the night like this I wonder what other people on the other side of the world see from where they stand."
