I woke up early today feeling nervous, the day I’ve been dreading and anticipating.
Today is the day I’m going on a date with Blaze, I was having mixed feelings.
I wasn’t sure if I was ready or not but I knew I had to go on this date.
“Are you up this early?” Karly said.
“Yeah, I’ve been up for a while. I’m thinking about this date and I’m very nervous and excited.” I replied
“Come here baby,” she said, pulling me into her arms as she patted my back.
I wasn’t surprised by this behaviour, she does whenever she wants to comfort me and I enjoy resting my head on her chest as she pats my back. It makes me feel like all my worries and anxiety left me and evaporated.
I wrapped my hands around her back and remained in her soothing embrace.
