Lacey pulled into the rounded driveway in front of her modest home and groaned. Both of her sisters were standing on the front porch, their hands on their hips. She grimaced as she saw Samantha’s tight, worried face and Joanna’s anxious one. Both expressions seemed to have become a permanent fixture on their faces since Sean’s death. “This wouldn’t have happened if you hadn’t died, you know,” Lacey muttered under her breath. The faintest hint of a cool breeze and the light movement of her hair was the only sign that let her know that Sean was with her.
