Chapter Twenty-Four
KARLA DECIDED TO skip the sexy outfit tonight and give Mitch the plain Jane Karla. It was punishment for telling her he was taking her out and not asking her like a normal person. She wore jeans and a gray T-Shirt with a faded picture of a wolf on the front. She thought it was fitting considering how their relationship had gone so far. Not that they were in a relationship. They weren’t. Not even close to one. She didn’t do relationships. Mitch didn’t strike her as the type who did them, either.
