Chapter 5The media would camp out on Officer Franks' street for a day or so. None wanting the other to out-scoop the story. Rain or shine, they'd linger. The media vans carried party tents, ones that could be assembled in a heartbeat and keep a reporter's hair and makeup relatively fresh during inclement weather. Investigator Falcone knew it would rain. He could be wrong. The clouds now looked more ominous than they had even fifteen minutes ago. Falcone didn't care how long the news crews hung around. Truth was, the media sometimes served a purpose during an investigation. He knew, when necessary, he could feed them select bits and pieces. The stations would regurgitate the information during broadcasts, on their websites, post on f*******: and Twitter, and all of the other social media o
