Months have passed and, thankfully, Elliot and I have never crossed paths again. The semester is already ending and everything got even busier with the projects, papers, and exams. I got extremely busy but I was relieved that it's the case because at least, I had lesser time to think about my feelings for Elliot.
I have already told myself time and time again that he already has a girlfriend and that they might be a match made in heaven. I can't do anything about that. Anyway, I was not even a candidate for his love in the first place. He only saw me as a sister. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Have you not been sleeping?" Mom asked when she saw how horrifying I already looked when we saw each other during breakfast. She really couldn't filter her words when it came to dissing me.
I sighed
