I felt something vibrating right next to my ear. I first searched for what was disrupting my sleep but couldn't find it. I gave up and reluctantly opened my eyes.
Only to find it right in front of me staring at me and maybe laughing at me that is if it could laugh since it's an object not human. My phone was still vibrating as I kept looking at it. I picked it up reluctantly to see who was bothering me.
In bold letters and heart emojis on my screen was the name boyfriend.
Yesterday I didn't want to talk to him after the incidence with his female friend. I was angry for some reason and I was transferring my anger on everyone including my parents who just concluded that I was acting up because I miss my brother. Which was a huge lie.
