I felt so relieved hearing that from my dad that we would be staying. I continued crying but this time it was tears of joy. I was really happy that at least he gave it some thought and agreed.
He hugged me and rubbed my back like he always does when he is comforting me.
“Queen if something like this happens to you please let me know. Don't you dare hide such a thing from me or your mum again.” he said to me.
I nodded my head in reply.
