“What did you just say?” I asked Stefano. I think I misheard him earlier.
“I said Arianna is my mate or no was my mate.” he said.
My brain froze for few seconds. I couldn't think of anything. His words kept on ringing in my head. I was left speechless. I didn't know how to react to what I just heard.
“Dean you aren't saying anything. Speak to me.” I heard Stefano say bringing me back to my senses.
“Wait are you trying to pull my legs or something? I think you are mistaken here because there's no way the Arianna you are referring to is my Ari as in my best friend Ari. It's some other Ari right?” I asked him when I finally found my voice. I still was not ready to believe what I just heard him say.
