When I got home and announced the news to my family, they were all excited for me. My Dad quickly announced that we were going out to celebrate.
I couldn't stop smiling because I was happy to see that my parents were all happy for me.
I went upstairs to dress into one of my best dress which my mother got for me. It was a baby pink short dress with a touch of black pooka dots. I wore my black heels sandals. Then I arranged my hair then applied powder with just lip gloss and mascara to look different for a change. I smiled at the mirror and then I saw I didn't look so bad. Time to go and join my family. I picked my small black bag and left my room.
My bother and father were already waiting in the living room but I didn't see my mother anywhere.
