Adam POV As she promised, Talia went to the guest bedroom to sleep. The entire night, I stirred in my dreams. Having my mate so close but simultaneously so far away made me restless. I wanted to hold her, cuddle, kiss her, f**k, even go the whole nine yards with her, but I love her too much to risk it. At least not until we have a plan in place. I woke up at the rise of the sun.
