She couldn't do or say anything else without opening up to the entire circus about her feelings for Roger. I understood that she might be attracted to him, but he is his own person, and if he chooses to help, we are not stopping him. He is a grown man who will know what he is getting into. Also, he is our only option. So I prayed to the Moon Goddess that he would say yes. I laced my fingers around Lia's and placed the charm around her wrist. She now looked like Talia. "Let's go...
