The next day, I took a bus and stopped by the portal room. I made the line that led me to Merland. Merland was the city that resided in the Mermaid Realm. Different from what many think, merpeople are able to walk this earth, not the entire realm is made out of water, and it does not resemble the human legend of Atlantis.
The Mermaid Realm was a hip place, and I loved to spend time there. I made my way to the place I had set for my date with Grecco. I hope he does not rant about me.
Close to noon, I saw him. I removed my sunglasses, and he had to make a double-take to identify me. “Damn it! You look different and so freaking hot!” He chuckled, and I rolled my eyes. It was weird to hear that kind of compliment from a guy I see as a brother.
