After an uncomfortable dinner at her parents’ place, they said their goodbyes almost immediately. Nila was still pissed with what her mother had proposed. It was downright disrespectful and awful. She only hoped Jaden was not hurt by what her mother had suggested.
Cindy has offered to drop them off at the hotel so they left together with Raj also quickly saying his goodbyes. The four of them ended up walking out together. Cindy suddenly had an idea. She called out to Lalitha who was watching from the door.
“Aunty, we will go on our first outing right now, hang out and talk a bit, so don’t worry!” she said. She waved and smiled at Lalitha and the older woman waved back, smiling for the first time that night.
“Good good, I trust you to do the needful Cindy,” she said.
